Careers

Overview

Transition is a proud member of the local community and understands its decisions must not put its license to operate at risk, be it in relation to health and safety of our work force (personal injury), administrative and procedural matters (local and state government), or social issues (indigenous and pastoral landowners, and the local community).

We encourage our staff to live in Cloncurry where possible which encourages engagement with the local community, and provides direct benefits compared to fly-in and fly-out options. Transition includes generous subsidies for personnel who move their families to Cloncurry.

We are proud that our key staff include local residents. Transition’s Managing Director was a Cloncurry local resident for 10 years.
We’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic and talented people to join our team. Browse the positions available below or if nothing is available right now drop us a message through the Contact Form of the website by clicking here or send us an email at careers@transitionresources.com.au.
